Discover. We read every submission that comes through the board — no gatekeeping, no shortlist skipped.
Develop. An artist joins the roster once they've got a full project in them, not a loosie. We work the arrangement and sequencing together before anything is finished.
Post. Once a record is ready, it goes up on the board and out to Apple Music on the same day.
Sixteen artists on the roster this year, each one developing a full-length rather than chasing a single. We'd rather post fewer notices and mean every one of them than fill the board with noise.
